Stay away from that kit, UBJ contact problems.
Pre-Lowered: Rocky Road Combo
Otherwise, get the Rusty's Suspension Kit (if you aren't pre-lowered).

You're lowered. Your KJ was made 4/2/02 and later. All those are lowered KJs.

Ok, if you want the best lift for your Jeep, here's the deal:
Daystar, RRO combo lift (NOT THE OTT) and Revtek seem to be the best spacer lifts out there.
Rusty's coil replacement seems to be the best value.
Frankin Lift from All-J seems to preform best for serious offroading.
Old man Emu gives a great ride and good articulation, but isn't a very tall lift (front 1.5", rear 1.75").
Skyjacker coil lift seems to cause ubj contact, some people love but just as many have had real problems and hate it.
RRO OTT has the worst reviews.
Rough country hasn't been properly tested by people in the KJ forums.
I've not yet seen any feedback for the new Rock Krawler 7 up kit, but I know it's really expensive.
