Replacing Airbag

Hey Folks, I have a '05 Liberty that my buddy hit a light pole with. The drivers airbag deployed. Now I am rebuilding this puppy. I have a new airbag, airbag control unit, and clockspring to put in. One question is do I need to replace both of the airbag sensors on the front end or just the one on the right side where the impact took place? Second where is the airbag control unit located?
I understand it is in the dash... but any better info would be appreciated.

Next is there a sequence to putting all of these parts back in? I have the battery removed and I also have a new driver's seatbelt to put in. Any help, pictures or advice would be appreciated.
