Hi

Has anyone had this problem? started on my Kj on Friday. spoke to the dealer who says its a glow plug failure and they are colour coded!, power seems to be fine and they have said its ok to drive until Saturday as its in for a 50,000 service? just wondering if its covered under the 5 year extended warranty offered? any help would most helpfull.

Having looked at the repair manual it Quotes "report stright to a dealer" i have plugged in the 16 pin reader which does not give a fault code?

Going on past experience those extended warrenties aint worth the paper there written on. Fingers crossed for you though.

Hi Truck thanks for taking a look. it appers to be the ETC thats flashing not the pre-heat/glow plug?

can anyone advise, it suggests in the manual to report to an agent asap.I've plugged in the 16 pin reader and i have No fault code.

There are dealer specific codes that requires an expensive reader to read and clear.
