Just changed my plugs at 26K. For those that like to keep track like I kind of do they all ranged from 0.050 to 0.053 in gap. I realize now that the NGKs are crap unless that is normal. So, I put in my new Autolite platinums and gapped them to 0.040. WOW! What a difference. It isn't a difference anyone not paying attention would write home about, but MAN when I'm idling through a parking lot I barely notice it is running. It idles with just a twitch now and then. I can tell it has a sweeter feeling under my foot too. I have never had such a difference after changing the stock plugs more than this in any other vehicle.
I decided to just do the 30K maintenance stuff early. Changed the diffs with Amsoil and also did the transfer case with atf +4. I was kind of disappointed in finding an open case rear, but I was also glad I didn't have to worry about friction modifier too. Not much of a trade off but oh well. Maybe a DTT is in order on down the line. Now I just need to get it in for a ****** flush.
