My daughter just bought an '06 Liberty and the previous owners lost the only key FOB that they were given (she is now the 3rd owner). Now every time she opens the door the alarm sounds until she starts it. Is there a way to disarm or bypass the alarm so that she isn't waking up the neighborhood every time she opens the door? Thanks in advance.

Option 3: rewire the horns so they are powered only in the "key on" position.
Option 4: unplug the horns.

Either manually lock the doors,do not use the power door lock switch,or buy and pay to have a keyfob programmed.

Those are the only 2 options, you can not disable the OE alarm.

I went with the new fob. Not all that expensive, and them things is right handy. :emotions34:
