Over the past few weeks when I first start my 04 Liberty I notice the "part time 4 wheel drive" light comes on. The selector is in 2 hi and what I have been doing is to put the ****** in neutral, pull the 4X4 selector up into 4 hi then push back into 2 hi and put the ****** in drive it the light goes off.
I have 143,000 miles and have never abused my Liberty. What could be causing this to happen? Thanks in advance.
