Part of air conditioning sweating, normal?

I'm back again and clueless. Under the glove box on my 2007 Jeep Liberty there is, what I assume to be, part of the air conditioning. I hadn't paid much attention to it until tonight, when I reached down to get something in the floor and my hand brushed against whatever it is and it was wet. It wasn't wet enough to drip, just damp & cold, like it was sweating. What is it and is that normal?

Does it drip outside under the passenger side? With out pictures I'm thinking possible plugged drip tub, you sure it's not HOAT is it. With out pictures I'm not sure what your talking about. Could even be a bad gasket on the air intake under the cowl.
