Just started the '03 Liberty and p/s pump is noisy. It's 30 degrees outside. Looked in the reservoir and its foamy, but level was ok a few weeks ago. I suspect its sucking in air. Wondering which hose is failing, or doe these pumps have a filter that clogs? Anyone have this happen? Thanks.

Not positive but I'd bet on the return line being bad. Pressure line would probably just leak all over so you'd see it. Return line might be a bit more subtle.
