Occasional Idle Drop/Fluctuation?

Howdy! I have been curious about something I encounter every couple of days or so, I have a 2003 Renegade with the V6 and Manual Transmission, Every couple of days when I am idling (At a stop light or a store) I have noticed the RPM's will drop by half or more, You hear and feel the drop, It has never stalled or caused any issue but I am not sure what to check, Maintenance is up to date, Oil Changes, K&N clean, Spark Plugs, Coil Packs, I use injector cleaners every couple tanks and other than this is runs very good and has lots of power, I checked around and cannot find any vacuum leaks, Anyone else ever have this happen before?

Thanks, The throttle body is usually really clean but I will make sure there is no carbon build up on the sensor when I get home, Not getting any CEL's either.

Clean the IAC spring & thing (pintle) /plunger,-carb cleaner works well. & the inside of Port.
Keep the plunger side down while cleaning..dont get the cleaner above or up top.
It should look this clean when done.
