Normal Torque values?

Fuel Trim Bank 1 Short Term
Fuel Trim Bank 1 Sensor 1
Fuel Trim Bank 2 Sensor 1

What should these be on an 03 auto 3.7 4x4 using Torque app? I'm trying to see if I'm running rich or lean or normal and this is the only OBDII tool I have. Using Google turns up nothing but maybes or generic answers.

generally speaking non double digit positive or negative #'s
itll throw a code if it stays traditionally rich long enough and cant correct it by itself which usually means its a false rich anyway and an o2 sensor is stickin rich

its gonna run rich every time you cold start it until it warms up , the section in the class for EFI fuel trims and bank sensors both ST and LT was about 6 chapters long and about 250 pages so im not sure exactly how long of an answer you want

there's a lot of what if's and situational and circumstantial

does that tool not have a AFR reading section? the stock system unmolested does a pretty decent job at keeping the afr on the rich side of stoich and when it can't tolerate whatever faulty environment its trying to cope with , vac leaks etc, it again, does a pretty good job of letting you know with a p code

I'm more interested in seeing if I'm running lean since it can cause the over-heating issue I have(?). I won't have time to test and do stuff for another week but I can drive it around after work.

My two rear O2s are on high(1.0V) but they don't influence fuel/air. My fronts are brand new OEM and fluctuate from 0.0-0.9 very fast like they should. It's the other three things I mentioned that I don't know what they should look like.

My PCM could possibly have a blown driver and running lean on top of not turning the fan on without me turning heat on. At least this is what I've been told.

Your engine will never run lean enough to cause a overheating issue.The engine will not run if that lean.

Once you reach +/- 25 long term fuel trim it will trip the check engine light with P0171/P0174(B1/B2 lean) or P0172/P01759B1/B2 rich) codes.

Long tern fuel trim is learned from your driving,long term projection.

Short term fuel trim is the PCM's immediate corrections to fuel/air mix.

Here is a log from my trip back from a store some miles away. Notice the 233F/112C coolant temperature at the end. Bank 1 STFT is -6.23% to 19.53%(but averages around 4%). Bank 1 Sensor 1 and Bank 2 Sensor 1 trims are -5.9% to 15.63% but average around 5%. They all fluctuate rapidly which from what I've read is good. GPS speed and altitude included. These are sampled at one-second rate from OBDII.
