New to Jeep brand

I just bought my first Jeep brand vehicle - a '07 Jeep Liberty. I joined this group for information. My first problem: I want to tow a small trailer with brakes on it. Does this model of Jeep have factory installed wiring for the brake controller? If so, how do I get information/instructions on hooking up the wires? This Jeep was used and has an installed class III hitch with factory installed flat 4 wire plug - that I can change to the correct plug if I can fit a brake controller into the factory wiring.
