This happened locally in Asheville. The story I got from the TV was that an older woman had just pulled into the parking spot and then lunged trough the building and into the doctor's waiting room. Here is the (very short) story from the local paper. The first think I thought when I saw the picture was 'wow that bumper held up well'.
