Cheap.
Probably 120/tire+install for 225/75-16 or 235/70-16. ThunderbirdJunkie is fairly certain you can get the 225/75-16 or 235/70s from an NTB store near you for under 600 bucks installed.

Yoko's are one of the best, most aggressive non MT tire around. I love mine.

yep...here is a picture that is more like what i used to have. looks like you can still get these in other countries, but not on the US for some reason. these were killer!!

I've got the BFG Long Trail Tours that TBJ referred to. I switched to them from the AT/KOs after aggravating myself and everyone that rode in my vehicle on road trips. I live in Phoenix, so I can't vouch for snow performance, but I felt they did better in the rain than the KO's.
