If the code came back, you've got a problem. I've seen them do as AtlanticLiberty described, which is come up once and never come up again. The computers on modern cars are really picky about the o2 sensors....meaning they have to act properly basicaly 100% of the time, otherwise the computer freaks out and pretty much throws a code immediately.
But in your case, the code came back. The two possibilities are you had a freak incident happen twice (highly unlikely), or like I said above, you've got a problem. I would not recommend resetting the computer again by un-plugging the battery. According to the list above and another list I use, its on your #1 oxygen sensor. About the simplest way to attempt to solve the problem would be to just go ahead and replace the sensor. Around here they can be had at Napa or Autozone or your other favorite auto parts chain for about $50.
Seeing that the code is saying "O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 2 Sensor 1)", its possible that it still is functioning. And since the modern engine goes by what the computer tells it to do, in the sense of how rich or lean to run (rich when the engine is cold, and leaner when the engine had reached a pre-determined temperature), and your computer goes by what readings it's getting back from your o2 sensors, you might either be running too rich too long, or to lean to early. How is your MPG looking lately?
Again, try starting off with replacing the sensor. Then take the Jeep to a mechanic who has a OBD-II scanner (if you dont have one your self) and have the light turned off properly. This should give you a clear idea of whether or not you fixed the problem or not.
