Leak city

My 05 is leaking anti freeze from under the radiator, and also there is a spot under the drivers side near the front wheel axle. I tried bars leaks and it slowed it down. I am trying to hold out for my tax check to replace it, but anyone here have any ideas of why it would be leaking from 2 places?

Age. Pretty normal for a 9-10 year old vehicle to start having some leaks...just fix them as they appear and you'll get a lot of life out of it!
