At least:

1 hydraulic floor jack

2 stationary jack stands

3/8 rachet & socket set

1/2 rachet & socket set

basic screwdrivers

hammer & rubber mallet

With those things there you can complete most tasks.

Recommended:

Air ratchet or electric rachet

Air impact gun or electic impact gun

Power drill

Air compressor

Torque wrench

Breaker bar

Fridge full of beverages.

Tool

Good list so far guys. I'd like to add a couple things:

A good set of old fashioned manual turn screwdrives, including torx 15, 20, 25. Sometimes the electric screwdrives and attachment can't get into tight spots. (Northern Tools has some cheap ones with a lifetime gaurantee.)

An extensive socket collection, both metric and standard. 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2", (don't forget the deep sockets). (Don't cheap out here).

A variety of socket extensions, sizes and lengths. Size converters are also nice to have.

Some type of tire pressure gauge, and a way to inflate them.

The ever important Dremel tool.

And a shop vac.

PB blaster. Much better than any other penetrating oil out there. WD-40 isnt even one.

A couple jeeps sitting around is another good thing to have!! \:D/
