I used brake caliper cleaner, and engine paint.Holding up great.

A lot of the autoparts stores now sell brake caliper paint. My guess is it's formulated very much the same as engine paint.

Painted the calipers, big ass 4 piston Brembos, for a friends WRX Sti. Used a "Duplicolour" brand caliper specific paint. Had to disassemble the caliper, clean thouroghly, paint, and then bake at 200F for 3 hours. Use a friends oven if you have a spouse, the paint curing makes the house smell weird. The brakes get freakin hot when he does his autocross stuff and they clean up well and look like the day we painted them.
