Im not saying that this is the best way to go or that its 100% efficent but its something i used to do at my old job to non greaseable balljoints. Thoughts?
-jack up front of kj
-remove front tires
-disconnect upper balljoint/tie rod ball joint/lower balljoint
-support the hub by wire on the upper arm, dont let the brake line hold it
-tap all the ball joints out with a hammer
-use a needle head grease injectror adapter and grease gun
-insert needle between the shaft and the rubber boot being careful to push slowly and not hurt the boot
-once in inject an ample amount of grease in to the boot
-(one thing that helped me get my nuts back on my ball joints was to take a wire brush to the threads of the ball joint, clean them up real good)
-jack up lower control arm so you can attach upper ball joint
-reconnect all the ball joints and torque them down good
-put tire back on and drive with a little more confidence
