If you want to add a steady light source (like corning lights), they come on with your turn signals:
The diodes used are standard blocking diodes (1N4001/L).
This will give you a steady output while the turn signal is on. Increasing the size of the capacitor will give you a longer output if needed. This was a design I had made and inquired about at www.the12volt.com and he put it up as a permanent how-to.
