How Should I Go About Re-Keying Manual Door Locks

I bought the car used, with what I assume to be a junkyard door at the drivers seat. So the only manual lock on the car has never functioned.

I cant find a way to take the lock cylinder out. I know how to re-pin the lock to make it work but no info on how to get the thing out.
