How do you remove roof rack?

It looks like on side of each end pops off and probably reveals some screws.
Has anyone here removed these roof rack rails?

That is about it,on 02 the bolts are 8mm I think,not sure on others.

Yup, 8mm. The outside half of each of the feet pop off with some effort.

Hey thanks for the help. I didn't want to go prying at it the wrong way. Sometimes you just don't know if a cover like that snaps a certain way or if intended to come off at all.

Yep just pops off, open the doors when you take the front off, makes it easier for the weatherstripping to move when you pop the half off. Here is what it looks like off, mine has the wiring for the lights through it.

Thanks for the pic. I figured it out as I pryed it off gently. I also noticed there's an ear on the cover that tucks into the rail probably for alignment.
The picture is a big help in any case.
