For the life of me, I can't get the rear rotors off. Taking the wheels, brakes, calipers off was simple, but the rotor won't budge. I tried a hammer, pry bar, wd-40...EVERYTHING...and it won't budge. Does anyone have any idea how to get it off?

Wow, Only thing I can think of doesn't make much since. The little lock ring that goes over a couple of the lugs.. just to hold it in place to get the caliper on. Mine doesn't have those little clips anymore.

any signs of corrosion? like it might actually be 'stuck'?

Its probably the emergency brake pads that are causing the trouble. See if you can adjust the cables off a little, that may help. The pads are inside the rotor hub, and are holding against the inner lip enough so the rotor won't yank off.

It is a little rusted, but usually liquid wrench and wd-40 take care of that. This one didn't have any of those clips. Does it make a difference if the E-brake is on or off?

Yes it makes a difference if the e-brake is on, the e-brake is inside the rotor center hub. If the e-brake is on, then you are not going to get the rotor off, the e-brake works just like old style drum brakes, and the shoes expand outward to lock the rotor from turning.

Ok that makes sense, but the e-brake was off when I was doing all this. Is there anything else I can try?

if the e brake is off and you are sure youve tried everything else. get a 4 inch piece of a 2X4 and a hammer. use the wood block as something to beat against on the back lip of the rotor. hit it at 180 angels (top to bottom, side to side etc..) and work your way around.

There should be a hole in the hub rotor; and sometimes, you need to thread a bolt in to push on the back to pop the rotor off. I had this problem with my rear rotors on my Avenger, and they just had to be pounded off good. It took a while, but they did loosen up. That PB Blaster is much better than WD-40! You have to point on the front, and back; do it diagonally from each other, until it comes loose. They can be rusted on good, or as stated, the ER shoes are holding it in place.

Okay...Finally got the freakin' rotor off. After about 2 hours my neighbor let me borrow a crow bar and heavier hammer and it eventually got pounded off. The e-brake was just putting so much pressure outward on the rotor it wouldn't let it just slide off. Luckily the other side was easier and only took about 15 minutes. Thanks for all the help!!!

You need to have the ER brakes adjusted, because they should NOT be placing any drag on the hub of the rotor. I can see maybe, wear, and there was a lip to get over, but if you said the ER brake was applying "so much pressure outward" then there is a problem. That was one of the points made by a poster earlier in the thread. Those ER pads should fully retract away from the hub surface when the ER brake is off.
