Hi,please help me to solve it.
I got tired of this issue, replaced all libby parts already
There is hard noise/knock and after it the front wheels doesn't spin, i replaced front diff, shaft and cv axles, control arm and front axle bushings ,2 drive-shafts after overhaul, also replaced my transfer case (maybe its broken also-didnt opened it) 2003 t.case and my libby is 2006 i needed to change the mode selctor on it,the 2003 was shorter.
Its happing only at 4high and 4low while climbing some hill, sand and rocks.
Any suggeations?

Sounds like you have a starting point.

can you get the jeep off the ground, all 4 corners, and engage the tc and see what happens?

perhaps that selector change leaves the tc in a state other than you think it is.

From your videos, it seems like it is in 4x but jumps out.

how do you get it back into 4 after this happens?

last vid, i can hear what i think is the tc not fully engaged, ie - like grinding gears during a poorly executed manual x-mission shift.

The t.case selector you meant?

What i’m driving at is:

since you said there were changes to the t.c. Selector, i suspect the t.c is not fully locking into 4h or 4l.

my cheap and dirty test would be to pop the cable off the lever at the case and pop it into the next range by hand.

it is a close fit and not easy to do on a hot jeep.

my 06 popped the shift bushing in the middle of winter.

had good clothes and had to call mrs. for coveralls.

quick to do, after it is cool. Easier to reach from the rear of the t.c.

btw -it works backwards when switching at the case.

i popped into what i thought was 2h and got 4l.
