What is this item: DHAP - LOCK-UP TORQUE CONVERTER
Is that track lock? I didn't think it was, but then I don't know.

Lock-Up Torque Converter = part of the automatic transmission, which "locks up" after a specified speed is obtained, and won't release until a lower specified speed is obtained. It makes the auto trans act more like a manual one in respect to engine braking. And keeping the trans in a higher gear for gas mileage consideration.
