Recently started getting the Gascap error indicator again after purchasing a new Mopar filler cap a few moons back (which fixed it for a while.) After 128K miles I'm suspecting the problem is with the small canister near the battery (on the '07) that has a connector and two EVAP lines coming into it. Thinking of swapping for a new part. Am I on the right track?

If I remember right..it also could be the evap lines out of the rear of tank connections/rotted/cracked too...have a look above the tank too.
This is where a smoke machine would really come in handy..
I wonder if a big cigar would work..I'm about to light one...LOL..
