My 2005 Jeep Liberty Sport 3.7L had a burnt out bulb for the gear shifter (PRND21)
Original bulb:
Part #: unknown. Probably factory installed.
Markings: S.14V 1.4W
Base: 2.65mm x 4.56mm
Bulb: 4.85mm x 18.2mm
I bought 3 different replacement bulbs from ebay. All of them work fine and are a direct replacement.
The 3rd option(DORMAN) is slightly larger in the bulb area, but otherwise has same specs and works fine.
All of them are the bare clear bulb, and do not include a socket or colored covering material(condom).

Other similar bulbs are available at parts stores, but the ones I found were not an exact match. They were slightly different in size, watts, or or other specs.
