Flat towing & Winch Bumpers

A Wrangler owner ready for some more room and 'downsize'. A friend has a 2011 Lib and flat tows. Am looking @ 2012 w/4wd. ? Can the 2012 be flat towed w/o voiding warranty?
All my catalogs only offer TJ & JK Winch bumpers.Who sells for Liberty?:icon_question::icon_question:

Yep. Read your owner's manual. If it is an automatic, put transfer case in neutral and the ****** in park.
