Heya!

I purchased this Liberty a year ago, and have no regrets (save for the ugly "bronze star" paint). Where I am now I can't seem to find anyone else who wants to use their Libertys as more than a 4WD minivan. So I'll be reading user thoughts and opinions here with great interest; all those tricks and upgrades you've shared here will be put to good use.

Which reminds me: if you had a stock '11 Liberty, what would be your first upgrades?

Cheers!!

Welcome Spaz. You came to the right place for info on your jeep and what mods work and what is better. If you are thinking of going off-road, skids and hooks should be first in my opinion.

Like Dave said, you can't go wrong adding protection and recovery points first.

For the back if you don't already have it I would use a hitch. For the front you could go with a matrix brush guard, detour USA backbone and add a winch, an arb bumper, front hitch, or Mopar tow hooks.
