Engine light codes and high pitched squeak

Hello, I have recently experienced an engine light and proceeded to check the codes, This is what I found:

P0441
P0122

is this a reoccurring problem with 2004 jeep liberty sports. I have also noticed a high pitched squeaking noise coming from the rear of the car, this noise only occurs when in motion. Any ideas?

P0441=Evaporative emission control system incorrect purge flow
P0122=TPS circuit low voltage

High pitched squeeking noise from the rear could be rear brakes or e=brake hanging up possibly if you have rear discs. You didn't say. When were the brakes done last??
