How often should I changed these fluids? What brands and types do you guys prefer? I'm about to change my engine oil and thought I might do a complete fluid flush!

I use AMSOIL for all my fluids. They last a long time so you have longer intervals between changing. The transmission interval is usually something like 20K miles I believe. I don't know the intervas off the top of my headl on the front/rear diffs. along with the transfer case.

I did my Diff's at 12K and probably won't do them for a long time.
Never touched the ****** or T-case. i may do them at 30k.
I do my oil changes every 6months. Every in sept and march. I bought my Kj in October of 06. So i've only done 6 oil changes on it since i bought it.
I maybe put 5k in 6 month. Probably less now since i have company vehicle.
i use 5w-30 mobil1 full-synth and purolater filter.
