I'm planning a trip to Colorado (probably the south-west part) in June and am wondering if the snow is usually gone be early or late June? Anyone have any experience?

Well it is usually more like late June to early July when most of the snow is gone and the trails are cleared. However, it really depends on how much snow they had over the winter. Last summer I know it is late July before most of the snow was gone and all the trails where open.

I'd give a call out there and ask. The visitor center's in silverton or ouray should be able to help you out.
