If your Liberty is a 05 1/2,06,07, then you probably have an M10 bolt instead of the M12.
Torque the M10/grade 10.9 bolt to 45ft lbs.

I did the same to mine.
Makes it a pain to add clevis lift having to pull the bottom of the strut off to add rings,The M10 @45ft lbs is not enough to hold it tight,a couple good bumps and it's back to the bottom.

Should be 65 ft lbs for the clevis and axle nut is 100 ft lbs

Mine started to stretch at 65.
The FSM says 45 for top clevis bolt and 110 for the bottom.

Hmm that's interesting. My book says 100 for the top bolt and 110 for the bottom. I had no issues when I did mine.
