Here is an eye opener...eh?
Want to know why you can no longer buy Chevron Techron Concentrate fuel system cleaner..in Canada..??
Chevron Canada informed me that until they decide to make new labels that include a french version as well...they were pulled as being not acceptable from Govt, form the shelves 2 years ago and nothing available since.
And you wonder why everything costs more here? Separate bottles must be manufactured for Canada, for almost everything coming from the US now ..Canada is getting more picky every day now.
What a crock of governmental protect/include french language on bottle/products S*^t. You can bet Canadian Tax is also applied as import surcharges as well.
I hope Chevron one day soon meets the label requirements, manufactures new bottles, and we have access to this fine product once again!

This finally explains why we simply can not access many USA products in Canada.
Many manufacturers refuse to make new separate boxes / labels.... and deal with the red tape....just for Canada ...

I feel your pain Tim .. but I'm not buyin' their excuse.
The official languages act was created in 1985.
They would have been following those (packaging) rules for almost 30 years now on all products!
Chevron has operated in Canada for over 75 years ... somehow I don't think adding a few lines in french just slipped by them. ;)

Luke this came right from the top at Chevron Canada.
Fact is they had no french on their labels since 1985...&...
This is what I believe is happening now....
Many products were simply allowed to "slide" across without inspection/french inclusions.
Goodie two shoes in Quebec complains...gets added to a list...LOL...
Or they simply have greater/ more inspections today because of a taxation/import greed fund.

Ya Dave I'll distribute it directly into the fuel of the Jeep! Way overdue!
These are 10 oz bottles and I recommend one ounce per gallon, or 2 bottles for a 20 gal Jeep tank....LOL..

So just had it out for a 200 miles highway blow out. First time up a hill I floored it and a nice puff of browny crud came out the tail pipe at 5000 rpm!
You can tell now the engine is smoother, better off line acceleration, and idle smooth now!
