i was in a accident a few days go in my 2008 Liberty. the airbag deployed but there is no damage to the radiator or drivetrain, it would start but immediately cut off so im assuming there is some kind of safety cutoff after the airbags deploy. Is there a way to bypass this since the vehicle is still operational mechanically speaking?

There's usually an impact cutoff switch in most cars to keep them from pumping a tankfull of fuel out at the accident scene. I'm not sure where it is on the Liberty.

I have an extra good airbag if you're shopping for one.

My brother had a 2012 libby that rolled over and deployed the airbags. We just unhooked the battery and tied the 2 battery cables together overnight so the putter could reset. We put some water back in the radiator and it started up just fine the next morning like nothing ever happened.
