heard it just screws on, already holes that exist...do you have pictures to share???

No I don't have any pictures. I did have to drill a couple of holes underneath the hood to hold it on. However if I can do it (actually did it twice because I had an '03 before my current '05) anybody can. Good luck it is basically easy.

I looked at my hood, there seem to have enough holes but not sure if there are changes from 02 to 04 to 05+...

Actually I went through the same procedure for my '03 as I did for my '05. I did have to drill a couple of holes.
