broken seat belt reciever driver front

Hey everyone, I broke the seat belt receiver on the driver seat of my 03 sport. Any advice on how to replace this thing?

Old thread...but it relates. My front receiver is broken also, and I found a new one (5JW771L5AA) on Amazon for under $50. My conundrum is...the ad says it's for the left side, not driver or passenger side. Does that mean the left SEAT (driver), or the left side of the seat's OCCUPANT (passenger)? And, what difference is there anyway between the two? Aren't they interchangeable?

Duh...I'm showing my noobness again. They aren't interchangeable because the drivers side has the pigtail and the passenger side doesn't.

Heck with it...just picked up a 3-inch extender buckle for each side...all done.
