Bank 2 Sensor 2

HI all,
On a 2004 Jeep Liberty 3.7L, i am trying to replace the downstream o2 sensor, bank 2.
I finally got the sensor loose, but i cant believe the harder part seems to be getting my hands up there to disconnect the harness.
Does anyone have any tips for this? Do I need to get it from the top somehow?

Not really an easy way that I have ever found

No easy way. It’s a pain. I used a long needle nose the last time I did one if I recall correctly.
