Are warped rotors dangerous?

Yeah--I've only ever seen one person downshift in an automatic, and that was my friend from work and it was during a really bad snowstorm lol

I wouldn't downshift auto, other than hitting O/D off to take turns at higher than normal speed.. Seems to grip better.. :)
