I have an 04 jeep liberty and needed to change the fuel filter...went to an auto place and this is what they sold me..its around 30.00 bucks.....can any one help with this and why i cant seem to find the feul filter on my jeep?? Im a newbie and love jeeps

I believe the fuel filter on the libby is accessible from a small plate beneath the carpeting in the rear cargo area above the gas tank. I also believe you need to drill out some rivets in the cover plate-- which I assume you'd replace with screws or something that allows you to get to it easily.
