just wondering if any fellow kj owners have bought anything from this company?
I'm thinking of buying an OME lift from them.
looking for feed back.

I found them while I was searching google for a canadian distributor.

I contacted them about an ome lift the price was reasonable at $850. plus shipping,
but when I asked for details such as spring rates they told me to go to arbusa.com

i would think if I was selling something I would know my products and help the customer all I could . made me a bit nervous.:shrug:

I should add I know the rates of the springs from reading several post's on here.
but I thought it was a simple question to ask someone, who according to thier website has been in bussiness for over thirty years.
if they can't answer a simple e-mail what is the service after the sale going to be like?

Don't buy from them then!

To be honest I hardly ever buy anything from a Canadian vendor.
I buy from a U.S shop/distributor so I cut out the middle man here
in Canada as it saves me money!
