Ambient temp sensor wayy off

Ambient temp sensor on my 02 Liberty is way way off for two days now. Time for a new one? It says 82 and it is not 82 in Ohio for sure. Took the sensor off and saw some corrosion

You could try spraying the connectors with some electronics cleaner, but I'm guessing you will need a new sensor. Even if you replace the sensor, you should still clean the contacts, since you saw corrosion.
