Hi!

I have a problem with a 2005 Jeep KJ 2.8 CRD with a 545RFE transmission. Something is causing the transmission to fail. There is currently a third unit installed and I feel something is starting to happen again. I overhauled the transmission myself. I installed Sonnax pistons and booster kit, as well as TransGO oversized valves and repair kit. Remanufactured converter, new solenoids, pressure and speed sensors etc.

Each transmission with increasing mileage (about 2,000km) starts shifting gears at higher and higher rpm until it stops driving.
I've already replaced everything possible (even the TCM) and I have a feeling the problem is with the electrical system. I found ATRA manual #1336 and measured the voltages on the plug from the TCM according to the manual along with checking if the test tube lights up.

Pins 9, 29, 47, 48 and 50 have a voltage of 11.2V and the test tube does not light up. The other pins have 12.3V and the test probe lights up

I have already spread my hands because I don't know where to look further for the failure, and overhauling the box for the fourth time is not an option.
