245/70r16's?

so I was given a set (4) 245/70r16 Goodyear snow tires. but after looking at them (they seem pretty "beefy"), they are not going to clear things in my stock semi sagged suspension KJ are they?

What do you measure ( left front ) middle of the hub to lower part of the flare
if 17.5-18 inches then will rub
A 19 they rub some when turning
at least they did on my 04 when it was brand new

Late to reply here, but I have 245/70/R16 on stock suspension. IIRC I had to mess with the plastic fender guard to reduce rubbing.
