2007 interment FOB and interior switch lock function

My driver and passenger lock switches seem to run intermittently. After jogging the switch it’s almost like they run out of sufficient power to drive the motor. It appears they unlock easier than lock. When I hit the fob and it works it seems to operate stronger than the switch. Please let me know if I can provide additional information.
