2003 Jeep Liberty passenger side heated seats problem

Hi everybody, I have a Jeep Liberty and the passenger side heated seat doesn't seem to work, when I press the button, the light just flashes. Any ideas as to what the problem is? The drivers side heated seat works fine!

Offhand, might be the fuse or circuit breaker supplying power to the heating element is out - and the blinking light is telling you there's no power to it - or the heating element itself is burned out, and the blinking light is telling you it doesn't see anything hooked up (ie, open circuit).
