[walmart]$10.88 + tax after MIR for 5 qts mobil 1 full synthetic & any mobil 1 oils

Looks like Mobil 1 is doing a fall MIR on top of their usual annual MIR.

$10.88 + tax after $12 MIR @ walmart. Limit two per household.

Most or all mobil 1 synthetic w/ various grades are priced at the roll back price of $22.88.

expires oct 31, 2017 but i'd get them now. This is the lowest price i've seen in awhile.

5w-30

5w-30 HM

That's a good price. The GF wanted to go to WM later so I will check it out.

Thanks for the "heads up"

Wow, ok this seems like a great deal. I haven't thought about synthetic oil before. How does this brand handle the Arizona heat. I have a new engine, should I contact the warranty company to make sure it's ok to use?

i use 5w-30 HM and it works fine. No complaints. not going to get into the whole group 3 or 4 thing with 'synthetic' labeled oil.
manual states 10w-30 can be used in hotter climates.

I use whatever good oil that is cheap since my HM engine eats oil and MIR for synthetic oil helps make it cheaper that non-synthetic.

mobil, pennzoil, quaker, and shell have MIR promotions every year.

I don't think it'll be an issue for your engine warranty but doesn't hurt to double check.
