I lost the original adapter for the rear wiper blade for a 2004 jeep liberty. It has an unusual short J-hook on it without the hole to clip into like the normal longer front wipers. Can i get the adapters in a new 11" wiper or do none of the replacement blades have an adapter that will work?

This may not be much help, but I replaced mine about a year ago with one I bought at a local retail auto parts place. I reused my old adapter but there was one in the box the wiper came in exactly like it. Sorry, I do not remember the brand but do know it was a standard off-the-shelf blade. I would just buy a blade from a place which will let you exchange it if it doesn't have the adapter.

I gave up on the 11 inch blade. I use a 12 inch anco blade from the local auto store. Cost is between $5 and $10. It's been almost 2 years since I got one so I can't remember the exact price.
The 12 inch fits perfectly fine with no issues. Comes with everything that needed to attach it. It slides onto the hook and a little clip goes on the blade to lock it on.
