Brake Lights gone.
2008 Jeep Liberty North Edition (Sport basically) The rear brake lights are gone. The bar still lights up. I have replaced the brake sensor (Over the brake pedal) ,TIPM, brake bulbs, the blinker switch under the steering wheel. Still ,no brake lights. Does anyone have a diagram for the brake...- SlavZ

P0504 intermittent brake switch short circuit problem
I've got a real puzzler on my hands and I'm hoping someone has an answer. The brake light control circuit on my Liberty (2006 CRD Limited W/235000Km) trips its fuse at completely random intervals ( hours or even days apart) killing the brake lights and sending the code P0504.
