It doesn't sound like you lost too much coolant, probably a hot pressure leak, that's why there's no puddles. Keep an eye on it, but I think you'll be ok until the parts come it, just keep a jug of premixed coolant in the back, should be the orange stuff.

My guess is the same as jnaut's, it probably wasn't the tensioner, it was the a/c compressor. The original noise was probably the a/c compressor bearings on the way out, which would be why it only made noises when the a/c was on. The compressor is probably seized now, with the added tension...

In order to drive, you can't just get a normal key cut, it has to be either a key with a remote, or a grey rubber key. And since you only have one, you'll have to go to the dealer to get it programmed, since you need both original keys in order to do it yourself. You can get it cut anywhere...

If the light came on the day after getting it replaced, check and make sure the harness didn't pop off, also check the oil level, and make sure the drain plug isn't missing lol If all that's good, it's probably a bad sender, take it back and get it changed for a new one.
