Thanks for the reply Tony. The switch is in the OFF posistion, and the compressor will still click in and out. Asked the steelership about this last year and have a guess what they told me, "there's nothing wrong with it", "it's supposed to do that".(think i'll take my wellies next time)...

The pressure's are as follows Green 0-25 psi-add refrigerant Blue 25-45 psi- ok Yellow 45-65 psi- may be overcharged Red 65-200 psi may have mechanical problems. mine is about 43ish psi when compresor is running and drop's to30 ish psi when not running. if this helps. ATB. Alan
